Suggested use
Basic Chickpeas
- 1 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Chickpeas
- 4 Cups water
- Rinse and sort chickpeas. Place chickpeas in a covered pan with water.
- Let soak overnight.
- Change water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours or to desired tenderness.
Yields 2 Cups Cooked
