Sage Spirit, Traditional American Incense, White Sage, 1 Smudge Wand, 4-5 Inches (10-13 cm)

Ignite one end of the wand over a fireproof dish, on a heat-tolerant surface. Once a flame is established, gently blow out the flame. The wand should be smoldering with no visible flame. Proceed with smudging. Extinguish completely.

Exercise caution with placement, handling, and disposal of used sage. Always extinguish sage completely. Do not leave burning sage unattended. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for human consumption.
